In Battle Mode, players can relive the most exciting moments in history, fighting through 150 great battles from the Classical Age to the Industrial Age. As the empire expands, players must trade in the market, defend the frontier from invading generals, and collect all sorts of materials to grow their empire to new heights. Players must hire generals in the tavern, each with their unique skills, and pursue beautiful princesses from different countries to form alliances and cement their power.
But there’s more to it than just warfare. Starting small, players must gradually expand their territory, seizing enemy cities and gathering resources to build up their own. In Empire Mode, players take on the role of a great commander, responsible for building and expanding their own empire across six different ages.
